Refund Policy

We understand that things don’t always go as planned. That’s why we have a clear refund policy in place for our PMP exam help services. Please read the conditions below before requesting a refund.

When You Can Request a Refund

You may be eligible for a refund in these cases:

  • If our expert fails to meet your exam requirements after multiple revisions
  • If we miss the original exam deadline agreed at the time of booking
  • If major instructions were ignored and the service was incomplete


Note:
Any request for a refund should be supported by proof and factual evidence. Our quality team will carefully consider your complaint when we get it before reaching a conclusion.

When Refunds Are Not Possible

We do not offer refunds in these situations:

  • If you did not share full or clear instructions at the time of the order
  • If you change the scope of the task after it’s completed
  • If the result is unsatisfactory due to changes you made yourself
  • If you stop responding to our team during a live exam or review
  • If you place an order, then change your mind for personal reasons
  • If you request major changes after work is completed without paying the extra fee


Note:
Any additions or edits to your original instructions may result in extra charges. These must be paid before further work can be done.

Transaction Fee & Refund Method

  • A 15% transaction fee will be applied to refunds.
  • Refunds may take up to 5-7 business days to reflect.

How to Request a Refund

Your complete name, order ID, and the reason for the refund must be sent to our support team via email. Our staff will make sure that requesting a refund goes smoothly.
